At ZS Mobile, we value transparency and fairness. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before placing an order, as it clearly explains the conditions under which refunds or replacements are accepted.


1. No Cash on Delivery (COD)

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
All orders must be prepaid using the payment methods available on our website.


2. No Warranty Policy

ZS Mobile does not provide any warranty on any product sold, including watches, mobile accessories, and sunglasses.

All products are sold on an β€œas-is” basis.


3. Return / Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are accepted ONLY if the customer provides a proper parcel opening video.

Parcel Opening Video Must:

  • Be clear, continuous, and unedited

  • Start before opening the sealed package

  • Clearly show:

    • Shipping label

    • Sealed parcel

    • Complete unboxing process

❌ No parcel opening video = No refund or replacement


4. When Refunds / Replacements Are Accepted

Refund or replacement requests will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received

  • Wrong product received

  • Missing item in the parcel

All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with the parcel opening video.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • No parcel opening video provided

  • Video is edited, cut, unclear, or starts after opening

  • Change of mind

  • Color or design mismatch due to screen/display variation

  • Minor wear, usage marks, or damage after use

  • Delayed delivery caused by courier partners


6. Refund Process

  • Once your claim is approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


7. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • In case of approved returns, replacement shipping terms will be communicated individually.


8. Final Decision Rights

ZS Mobile reserves the right to accept or reject any refund or replacement request after reviewing the provided evidence.
